Pairings we love: Our Rillette is so tasty on its own but it is especially delicious topped with apple chutney or chopped blackberries!

Pairings we love: Grapes are my favorite thing to eat with pate, along with a nice French baguette and of course a glass of Pinot Noir!

Pairings we love: I’m a traditionalist when it comes to charcuterie, lighted toasted baguette or sour dough bread, dijon mustard, and mall pickles. Alternately pickled red onions or pickled cucumber would also pair very well.
