Toasted whole wheat or baguette slices with black peppercorn mousse spread on make simple and ultra flavorful snacks or appetizers. When accompanied by a light green salad, the combination makes an easy yet scrumptious meal.
Spreading the black peppercorn mousse on a thick slice of multi grain bread and topping it off with a few grilled onions is also delicious. Cut the bread into small squares and serve on toothpicks for a quick party treat.
Cornichons (small pickles made from gherkin cucumbers) are the perfect accompaniment to any type of pate because they offer a delicious blend of crunch and tart. They pair well with all our patés but are especially divine with the black peppercorn. For a special presentation, each Cornichon (French for “gherkin”) can be sliced lengthwise, with paté spread on the flat surface
