Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 – 1.5 lb brussel sprouts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 a slice of Tomato Basil Pâté, cubed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Cut off the brown ends of the brussel sprouts. Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour them on a sheet pan and roast for 35 – 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Shake ban occasionally to brown the sprouts evenly
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with extra salt
- Mix in the Tomato Basil Pâté
- Serve with a drizzle of balsamic glaze
