A classic holiday pate, reminiscent of days gone by, when Roasted Goose was the main dish for Christmas dinner (after all, it is famously eaten in Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol).
Many families still celebrate this gamey bird during the holidays, and you can too with our Goose Liver Mousse on your hors d’oevre table.
Creamy and spreadable, it is delicious topped with chopped apples or a cherry chutney.
Made with NO Foie Gras, our Goose Liver Mousse features livers harvested from farms and ranches who treat their flock humanely and do not engage in the practice of gavage.
