What you need

Champs-Elysées Cognac Cocktail

– 2 ounces Cognac

– 1/2 ounce yellow Chartreuse

– 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

– ½ tsp sugar

– Dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

A pâté made with cognac, can, of course be enjoyed with a bit of the liquor as well. Whether poured neat, on ice or as part of a cocktail, cognac make a sinfully scrumptious pair for the Duck mousse.

Champs-Elysées Cognac Cocktail

– 2 ounces Cognac
