Alexian was exhibiting at the Winter Fancy Food show in San Francisco earlier this year when a local High School teacher stopped by to let us know she loves Alexian patés.

When she asked if Alexian could donate some pâtés to her culinary and food appreciation class, we were excited to participate! Since she thought the students had never tried paté before, it was a great way to introduce new flavors and textures to young food lovers.
