A Southwestern Bowl

A bowl makes a great lunch because it's both filling yet light. This spring, enjoy your bowls in the best way: packed full of fresh veggies and savory pâté. We love to use our pâtés in bowls because of their great texture and versatile flavor profiles.

Try a Southwestern themed bowl with brown rice, corn, green bell peppers, tomatoes, arugula, and a mild cheddar. Top with a generous helping of our Duck Rillette, a dollop of sour cream, and guacamole or sliced avocado.

An Upgraded Wrap

Finding the perfect lunchtime wrap is hard...making one is much easier. Our Grand Marnier pâté has the perfect balance of sweet and savory to complement the flavors of a bright wrap. Just add thinly sliced Grand Marnier Pâté to a whole wheat wrap, top with arugula and avocado, and enjoy! For added flavor, try whole grain mustard, mandarin oranges, or your favorite in-season vegetables.

Perfect Pasta

Make lunchtime a midday getaway by treating yourself to a delectable Truffle Mousse pasta. Start with your favorite variety of pasta - penne is always a good choice, but you also can’t go wrong with angel hair, farfalle or ziti - and then add your favorite vegetables. When making this for ourselves, we use grape tomatoes, sliced mushroom and zucchini. To make this more fall-feeling, roast the vegetables before adding them. Top with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan and enjoy!

Stuffed Avocados

When all else fails, turn to the trusty avocado. While not at the peak of their season, they are still deliciously fresh right now. Simply cut a ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and spoon in your favorite Alexian pâté. While all of our pâtés make a great filling for this easy lunch, we love using our traditional country-style pâtés for a contrast in texture.
