Made with carageenan (a plant protein in seaweed) our vegan collection appeals to dedicated vegans, vegetable lovers and anyone looking for delicious and unique healthy food. Versatile and easy to eat, the three flavors make snacking on vegetables a gourmet occasion!
The Earthy Mushroom is a delightful blend of mushrooms, celery and onions, with an intriguing base made from soy tofu. It makes a wonderful d'oeuvre – simply serve it with some fresh, sliced mushrooms, hard cheese and mixed vegetables like cucumbers, squash or lettuce wraps.
Our Tomato-Basil Paté also features a soy tofu base along with tomatoes, red peppers and enticing Italian style herbs and spices. For a healthy and effortless appetizer, try cutting the paté into cubes and serving it with cherry tomatoes and grapes on toothpicks.
The Curry and Bell Pepper flavor features a zesty, green mixture of herbs and spices, highlighted by a mild curry and tangy green pepper. Snack on it unadorned or create a deliciously salty and sweet pairing by serving it with sliced pears.
