Pâté Rendezvous: Tapas Time! Small Plates Rule with Alexian

Small plates aren't just for chic restaurants. Make it tapas time at home with Alexian!

Tapas are simply appetizers, served on small plates. Native to Spain, this style of cuisine has gained popularity in the United States in recent years and continues to trend. Tapas are a great way to try a little bit of everything on the menu, without the price and size of a regular dinner portion! Create your own tapas menu at home with Alexian for your next dinner party or even add it to your arsenal of weekly dinner ideas for the family.

Alexian's bold flavors and textures are a great addition to any tapas menu. Here are a few can't-miss tapas:

- Spread small pieces of toasted baguette with any Alexian pâté and top with sautéed onions, black olives, and cherry tomatoes.

- Fill a fresh mushroom with a mousse style pâté, such as Truffle Mousse. For larger gatherings, incorporate a few different pâté choices alongside brie and berry preserves.

- Cut fresh summer vegetables into small chunks and combine them with cubed Pâté de Campagne and cheddar cheese or gruyere. Serve on toothpicks for a handheld bite.

- Serving pâté in oversized soup spoons allows for elegant individual portions. Top cubed country style pâtés with grated beets, carrots and fresh parsley for something quick, easy and delicious.
