Summer Delight: Grilled Pate-stuffed Peppers

July is the height of outdoor grilling season and Alexian has just the right flavors to add effortless gourmet flare.

Everyone is craving something new and refreshing this summer and we've got the perfect snack - stuffed sweet mini bell peppers with savory Alexian Pate!

Everything tastes better on the grill, so why not use it for every part of the meal? peppers are an ideal grilling vegetable. Peppers' skins develop beautiful grill marks and they snap with flavor each bite. Look for mini bell peppers - they make lovely bite-sized appetizers. These gourmet treats will impressive your friends with both flavor and presentation.

For this recipe all you will need is a bag of mini bell peppers, olive oil, Alexian Pate, and a grill.

1. Cutting the tops off of the peppers and remove all the seeds and stems from the insides.

2. Scoop spoonfuls of pate into the peppers until stuffed to the brim. We recommend you try some of our fine chicken pates with this recipe, such as our Chicken Live Mousse.

3. Drizzle some olive oil over your pate-stuffed peppers.

4. Grill 2-3 minutes per side.
