Stuffed Mushrooms – Packed with Paté Flavor

Mushrooms stuffed with Alexian patés make stunning, delightfully flavorful (and simple!) appetizers.

One of the best things about our all-natural patés is that a small amount goes a long way when it comes to flavor.

When it comes to small, bite-sized treats, patés' rich flavors and sumptuous textures make other ingredients unnecessary. In fact, small dishes that look labor intensive can be a snap when made with a paté.

Take stuffed mushrooms, for example.

There are plenty of stuffed mushroom recipes that include lengthy ingredient lists and instructions – but stuffed mushrooms also can be made simply with paté.

Any type of fresh mushroom can be transformed into a fabulous little flavor explosion when stuffed with a dash of Alexian paté. At parties, stuffed mushrooms are perfect finger foods that look great and taste even better.

Any of our mousse style patés make a creamy and delicious filling. No other ingredients or even spices are needed. Country style patés can be used as well.

Our mushroom patés – like this month's paté of the month, wild forest mushroom - are obviously well suited for making stuffed mushrooms.

Party Prep: Stuff the mushrooms in advance. When guest arrive, serve them cold or pop them in an oven preheated to 305 degrees for five to ten minutes. Before stuffing the mushrooms, cut off the stems, which if desired can be finely chopped and added into the paté filling.

Gourmet home snack: If you're craving a simple gourmet snack, don't hesitate to skip the stuffing and just enjoy your favorite paté with a fork along with sliced, fresh mushrooms.
