1: With steamed vegetables
Salmon has a fresh flavor that's goes well with vegetable blends. Carrots, broccoli and cauliflower are particularly nice combination to serve alongside the salmon paté.

2: Sliced on top of baked, herbed or garlic bread
Baked bread offers a great texture contrast to salmon paté, and the neutral flavors allow the paté's intricacies to shine. A mild garlic bread offers a great flavor companion to the salmon, while a neutral herb blend – such as basil, oregano and onion – offers a bit more varied flavor.

3: In a bagel sandwich
Smoked salmon is a great topping for an open-faced bagel sandwich, which makes wonderful breakfast or brunch fare. A plain, whole wheat or poppy seed bagel work best. Lightly toast the bagel first, then spread the paté on top. Add a bit of butter underneath the paté if desired.
