Mushroom Pâté Pastry/Croissant Gourmet Toasted Bread Cups Easy Beef Wellington
Simple to prepare and full of rich Pâté flavor, simply roll out store bought puff pasty dough into individual pieces. Take a spoonful of our Forrest Mushroom Pâté and spread it over the dough. Then roll up the pastries and bake at 375 for about 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Using either phyllo dough or roller pin flattened sliced bread, bake pastry in a cupcake tin at 375 degrees until crispy. Once the cups are baked, let them cool for a few minutes, then fill them up with Alexian flavor. These little cups can be filled with an assortment of pâtés and vegetables; try filling with sautéed onions and Campagne pâté for an easy holiday party appetizer. For another bread cup option, try filling with a scoop of Sage & Pork Mousse and topping with chopped red bell peppers.
Beef Wellington is a dish normally served in restaurants, but this dish is surprisingly easy to make at home when Alexian Pâté is a main ingredient.
