Pâté Rendezvous:
Healthy & Gourmet - snacks with pâté, nuts & dried fruit

Pâté is known for elegant appetizers but it's wonderful as an everyday food, too. So make snack time gourmet time! Snacking with pâté, nuts and dried fruit will give you all the taste, texture and all-natural goodness of a healthy gourmet meal!

Try the combination with these distinctively delicious pairings.

- Dried cranberries and pistachios are a great match for our savory Campagne pâté. The combination perfectly contrasts all sorts of textures and flavors. The pâté is made with all natural pork and sherry wine along with herbs and spices that are delicious with cranberries. Pistachios add a uniquely salty, hearty flavor to the mix.

- Dried figs and walnuts are a delicious accompaniment to our Herb de Provence Chicken pâté, which features chicken breast, chicken liver and a classic French blend of herbs. Low in fat and high in protein, vitamins, and nutrients, the figs and walnuts are the perfect sweet and crunchy companion!

- Raisins and Almonds go great with Eggplant and Goat Cheese Pâté. Pureed eggplant and roasted red peppers, along with a layer of fresh goat cheese make this pâté a real treat. Rich and a bit tangy, its flavors are even bolder when savored with tart raisins and brittle almonds.

- Dried pear and pecans are a natural match for our Duck Liver Mousse with Cognac. The pâté's duck and pork base features mushrooms and blended spices that are even more flavorful with mildly sweet pears along and crunchy pecans. The combination can satisfy any craving and works well as a light lunch.
