Campagne

A traditional pâté perfect for classic and simple French pairings!

Campagne pâté is made with pork and pork liver, along with sherry wine and special herbs and spices. It's a country style pâté that can easily be sliced, served on toothpicks as an appetizer and enjoyed with simple pairings that highlight its fresh, delicate flavors.

Simple items like French bread, raw vegetables, wine and cheese all come alive with Campagne pâté – making it easy to create a casual French appetizer platter!

French cuisine is known for being light and fun with an emphasis on the savory, natural flavors of meats and vegetables. With our all-natural Campagne pâté and a few basic accompaniments, French Hors d'oeuvres don't have to be complicated to be elegant and delicious!

- Try serving Campagne pâté with thinly sliced baguette, toasted brioche, or flat bread crackers. Making simple, small tea sandwiches with the pâté and other fresh ingredients is a great way to create a unique party appetizer.

- Campagne pâté can be served between sliced cucumbers for a unique and refreshing pairing! These Cucumber sandwiches can include Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, a mild cheese and even caramelized onions.

- Boiled potatoes, sliced radishes or beats, pickles, fresh figs and berries can all be used as accompaniments to Campagne pâté. Spinach or lettuce and other green vegetables are great compliments, too.
