Pâté with Fruit Preserves & Cheese

A few jars of fruit preserves, some favorite cheeses and pâté are all you need explore exciting new flavors. From smooth and creamy mousse to hearty slices of country style pâté, Alexian is even more sinfully delicious with sweet fruit spreads and creamy cheeses!

For a flavor experience worthy of a holiday party yet easy enough for weeknight indulgence, try setting up an appetizer or snack spread with a few of these combinations. Serve the pâté and cheese with baguette or cube them and serve with crackers.

- Our Green Peppercorn Pâté is made with pork, whole green peppercorns and a dash of cognac. The acidity of cognac and the black pepper's spice create delicious contrast with sharp cheddar cheese. Add some strawberry jam for a spark of fruit sweetness to even out all the flavors.

- Wild Forest Mushroom Pâté features mushrooms, chicken, and sherry wine. Bold and earthy, mushrooms, onions, and garlic are the perfect pairing for creamy Brie cheese.
