Good Food Award Winner 2011 Alexian Pâté's Duck Mousse with Cognac was selected as a 2011 winner of the national Good Food Award. Alexian Pâté was honored at a special ceremony in San Francisco hosted by Alice Waters of Chez Panisse. This particular award-winning pâté is made from duck, pork, mushrooms, specially blended spices, and a dash of fine cognac. |
