It's the dead of winter – what better time to liven things up with something decadent? Bold, satisfying flavors make any evening special and are a great way to brighten things up.

Set up a small tasting plate and gather 2-3 different wines – it's sure to be a night to remember! Here are a few awesomely delicious ideas to explore:

- Winter weather often demands a full-bodied red wine. Classic reds pack earthy flavors that are divine matches for any Alexian pâté.
