- Start off with a round of Bloody Marys. This customary Brunch beverage packs a spicy kick that's invigorating and relaxing. Serve with a side of our Tomato Basil paté, which features a smooth and spicy flavor profile that offers a fresh-tasting companion to the drink. Mimosas - equal mixes of champagne and fresh orange juice – are another brunch classic. Their citric sweetness goes well with a mousse paté like our Truffle Mousse.
- Eggs are a great option for brunch. While usually associated with early morning fare, there are many ways to prepare eggs that offer exciting flavor – like serving them with paté! Even basic scrambled eggs take on a gourmet flare when served with paté! Plan on two eggs per guest and top them with coarse patés, cubed and added just after the eggs finish cooking. Chicken and Veal, Campagne and Grand Marnier Patés all are great options.
