Pâté of the month: The Vegetable Collection

Our mixed vegetable pâtés is especially colorful and delicious. It can be sliced and eaten À la carte or used to add new flavors and textures to salads and sandwiches.

The Mixed Vegetable pâtés is made with three different vegetable mousse, all presented in colorful layers. Spinach, broccoli, cauliflower and carrot are all packed in - an especially nutrient-packed mixture.

At only 45 calories per serving - with little fat or cholesterol - this is guilt-free snacking at its best! The layers of color make the mixed veggie pâtés delightful for serving at parties, too!

Healthy Snacking: Open Faced Flavor

The mixed vegetable pâtés is perfect for simple small, open faced sandwiches. Not only do open faced mini sandiwches show off the colors of the carrots, cauliflower and other veggies, they can be customized with a wealth of other ingredients and toppings.

For example, sliced raw onions will a nice crunch to the pâtés. The vibrant flavor and smooth texture of the pâtés means it doesn't even need any toppings!

Veggie pâtés is a natural pair for all kinds of salads - and an easy way to add a delicious new texture and flavor to the mix.

A mixed vegetable Pâtés can be cubed and tossed in with any salad recipe, and can be enjoyed on its own on the side as well. Salads that include beets, carrots, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers or onions go especially well with the mixed veggie pâtés.

For dressing, try a fresh vinaigrette to highlight the fresh tastes of the pâtés and salad ingredients.
