Spice up chicken with Pâté

No matter how it's prepared, chicken tastes great with everything from plain rice to zesty sauces. Lean and full of protein, it makes a healthy everyday entrée. The only problem with chicken is that it can get a bit dull. But that's nothing a little Alexian Pâté can't change!

Our pâtés are an excellent way to spruce up any weeknight chicken meal. Serve it on the side, with sliced vegetables, salad and even as a topping. Our all-natural pâtés have luxurious textures and full-bodied flavors that taste great with chicken's mellow flavor.

Try these chicken and pâté pairings and add some pizzazz to everyday meals.

- Baked chicken and rice is a truly easy meal. But don't let it get boring – add a slice of our colorful Mixed Vegetable Pâté as a side. Its eye-popping layers of fresh carrots and cauliflower are made with blends of spinach and broccoli mousse. It will taste great with the chicken - and make even plain brown rice look good next to it.

- Our White Asparagus with Spinach and Broccoli pâté is full of vegetables and makes a simple side dish to grilled chicken. Just cube the pâté and serve on top of lettuce leaves. Include sliced mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and grapes for a more attractive – and delicious - addition to your plate!

- While the above vegetable pâtés are delicious with chicken, perhaps you're craving a heartier addition to a simple meal. Our Pheasant with Rosemary Pâté has an unusually delicious flavor profile that will provide a nice contrast to the familiar taste of chicken.
