Mushroom Pâté Stuffed Ravioli
Our Forest Mushroom Pâté makes a truly elegant ravioli dish. Mushrooms bring an earthy, complex flavor to this pork-based pâté. To prepare pâté stuffed ravioli, start with sheets of fresh pasta, cut them into small squares and place a spoonful of pâté in the center of each square. Use another sheet to seal the ravioli, then boil the ravioli until they float. Serve with sautéed mushrooms and your favorite sauce!
