Mixed Vegetable

Our vegetable pâtés pack enough natural goodness to satisfy any vegetable lover and provide a light, flavorful snack that's perfect as a salad alternative.

Our mixed vegetable pâté is a colorful three layer composition of spinach and broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mousses. Each mousse is refreshing and flavorful by itself but they are specially delightful and pleasing to the eye when presented together.

The mixed vegetable pâté is delicious when sliced and eaten À la carte, and it's even better when served with a few other accompaniments to create the ultimate lettuce free salad! It is nutrient-packed with little fat and only 45 calories per serving !

Try these tips to make unique, fun salad alternatives with our mixed vegetable pâté:

• Serve on a plate along with halved grape tomatoes and sliced cucumbers. Add a garnish of fresh dill to liven up the plate even more!

• For a hearty fall salad alternative, serve the mixed vegetable pâté with a side of almonds, pecans or pistachios that have been sautéed in olive oil.

• Goat Cheese makes a great pairing, as its fresh taste meshes well with the veggie-packed pâté. Serve the goat cheese on the side with a bit of honey drizzled on it for an excellent sweet and salty combination.

• Chickpeas, diced tomatoes and green beans can be served alongside the mixed vegetable pâté for a true vegetable lover's delight. Add some salt and pepper and fresh herbs for more flavor.
