Pâté Rendezvous:
Fruit with Pâté – Savory & Sweet Made Easy!

Summer fruits are sweet and juicy. From peaches to strawberries, the luscious flavors of summer offer refreshing textures and tantalizingly sweet bursts of flavor.

When it comes to pairing summer fruits, it's all about contrasts. Our all-natural pâtés are smooth and savory – which makes them perfect for creating sweet and salty mixes with fruit! Serve them together and mix in a few simple garnishes – it's all you need to throw together a delicious appetizer platter!

- Gather a few varieties of pâté. A country style pâté like our Campagne, a smooth and creamy flavor like our Chicken Liver Mousse and a vegetarian option like our Mixed Vegetable are great together.

- Fresh berries and red and green grapes will look great surrounding the sides of your platter. Sliced peaches or nectarines and sweet melons are extra juicy and particularly sweet, too. Strawberries, raspberries and cherries are delicious with Chicken Liver Mouse and Pâté de Campagne! Add some extra color with rings of sliced pineapple.

Pâté and Peaches Tartine

Ingredients:
Sliced French Baguette
Alexian Chicken Liver Mousse Pâté
Sliced Brie Cheese
Sliced Peaches or Nectarines.

Instructions:
Slice baguette thinly. Spread Chicken Liver Mousse pâté on the each slice. Top with a slice of Brie and add small chunks of the fruit on top. Broil until cheese begins to melt, if desired.
